Dublin Ranch Golf Course and Clubhouse is the picture perfect venue for your wedding ceremony and reception. Imagine beds of roses and rows of crape myrtle trees bordering the driveway and a multi-tiered fountain gracing the Porte Cochere as you approach the clubhouse and you see a glimpse of Dublin Ranch.

Once inside the clubhouse, guests are greeted with warm wood paneled walls, with an abundance of natural light streaming into the banquet room through walls of windows and glass doors. Peek out the windows and you will be greeted with panoramic views of the valley below.

Dublin Ranch reserves the clubhouse for just one reception at a given time. There will be no mis-guided guests from another party wandering into your private reception. Nor will you need to share any of the common facilities, such as, bathrooms, with guests from another party.

Our culinary staff will be concentrating on just your luncheon or dinner, not trying to juggle preparing meals for two, three or more banquets at the same time. You can be certain that your meal will not be plated ahead of time and kept hot in a holding oven.

At Dublin Ranch we prepare food similar to the way your mom did. We trim and cut our steaks by hand; our roasts are hand rubbed; our sauces are made in the kitchen, not from a can; we hand cut our fruits and cheeses; we slice, dice, and julienne our vegetables by hand. Here's more, we proof and bake our rolls on the day of the banquet to insure freshness; we trim and cut our fish fillets by hand; we mash potatoes by hand, you should see the size of our potato mashing utensil; we could go on and on.
