Dear Jazz Lover

I am privileged to work with two of the finest jazz musicians in the Bay Area. I can say without any doubt that this is a quality jazz trio. Our group plays classic jazz in a simple and pure style. We do not rely on much amplification-- we are primarily an acoustic jazz trio. This works very well for events where volume is an issue.

Although we are primarily advertised as a trio, we can also add musicians or alter our configuration to suit your purposes. Perhaps you would like to add drums, or a saxophone? We can add a flute or a string player to play ceremony music as well. Since we are professional musicians, we know many other great musicians. We can adapt our trio to suit almost any need.

We are mostly hired by jazz lovers. As you can tell, we are not really a "wedding band." Yes, we play many weddings and private events, but you will never hear us go into a medley of "The Macarena", "Play Funky Music White Boy," and "Achy Breaky Heart." There are many bands out there that do a variety of styles, however, my experience has been that these bands do not play jazz very well. If you are a true jazz lover, you are in the right place.
