Our wedding consultants, coordinators and event managers have played an instrumental part in hundreds of wedding celebrations. They can handle even the most challenging situation with calm and ease. Your personal Wedding Day Coordinator will work with you to make sure every detail has been thought about, delegated and is ultimately taken care of. Your Wedding Day Coordinator is like a "project manager." They will make sure that every member of your team knows their role, proper timing and works in conjunction with all team members to produce a flawless event.

Glass Onion's Wedding Day Coordination Includes:

Pre-Wedding Day administrative functions which includes:

• Conducting a thorough and complete interview either in person or over the phone to discuss the role that you would like them to play
• Coordinate and confirm with each vendor to review timeline; discuss concerns and questions
• Call family members and wedding party; discuss each person's role- address concerns and questions
• Facilitate Reversal- meet with bride and groom help to plan structure and flow of ceremony, facilitate actual rehearsal

On the Day of Your Wedding:

• Meet bride & bridesmaids prior to ceremony to discuss last minute issues (usually 1-2 hours prior to ceremony)
• Complete day of coordination of all onsite activities and vendors from the pre- ceremony photos to the post reception clean up and breakdown
