Setting the mood with relaxing music, fine china and linens, Kay will meet with you until she is completely satisfied that she has the "vision of the cake of your dreams." Kay specializes in working with white chocolate, and accenting her cakes with flowers, fruits and bows created with chocolate, sugar and marzipan. She also custom designs chocolates for wedding and party favors. In both her custom cakes and chocolates she uses only the finest of ingredients with an emphasis on natural flavorings. Kay also offers the use of unique platters, displays, drapes and linens to ensure a beautiful presentation of her cakes and chocolates.
